I’ve been debating on putting auto-pilot in my boat for some time and recently have stowed away some funds to make this a possibility…. I really have no clue what I’m getting into with all that is out there and was wondering if any of you out there would have any suggestions on what would be appropriate for my situation. I have a Thompson Fisherman 240 with all Lowarance GPS/Fish finding units that are NEMA 2000 compatible. Thanks in advance for any imput!

My suggestion would be to get in touch with Steve Carlson (freebyrd) at South Shore Marine. He can (no pun intended) steer you in the right direction.
